What this article helps you do
Identify whether a trade is missing from the connector, gateway, import, reconstruction, or filtered Calendar view.
Before you start
- The expected account, instrument, and approximate trade time.
Follow these steps
- 1
Confirm the correct NinjaTrader account was selected for synchronization.
- 2
Confirm the connector is paired and has a recent heartbeat.
- 3
Review the NinjaTrader Control Center Log around the trade time.
- 4
Review TradeChrona Connections and the latest import checkpoint.
- 5
Search Trade Log by instrument, account, date, and external execution ID when available.
- 6
Check timezone and account filters before concluding the record is missing.
- 7
Send redacted diagnostics to support without credentials.
What you should see
The missing stage is identified without fabricating or duplicating a trade.
Common mistakes
- Adding a manual duplicate before checking the import.
- Changing UTC timestamps to move a trade.
- Ignoring an account filter or timezone difference.
