1. Lawful and Authorized Use
Use TradeChrona only for lawful journaling, analytics, research, account monitoring, and other authorized purposes. You must have permission to connect each account, submit each file, and process any third-party information.
2. Security Restrictions
You may not introduce malware; probe or bypass security; access another workspace; harvest credentials; evade rate limits; forge provider events; misuse pairing codes; interfere with availability; or disclose vulnerabilities irresponsibly.
3. Platform and Market Conduct
You may not use TradeChrona to violate provider terms, market rules, exchange rules, sanctions, export controls, anti-manipulation law, or account restrictions. You may not attempt to convert the read-only service into remote order execution or copy trading.
4. Content Restrictions
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. Do not submit secrets or personal information unnecessary for the service. Do not publish misleading claims that TradeChrona guarantees results or endorses your strategy.
5. Commercial and Automated Use
You may not resell accounts, sublicense the service, share credentials to evade limits, scrape or automate at harmful scale, or use TradeChrona to build a competing dataset except with written permission or where law expressly permits.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate, rate-limit, remove content, revoke devices, suspend connections, preserve evidence, or terminate access for suspected violations. We may report unlawful conduct or respond to lawful requests.
