References to NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Topstep, TopstepX, ProjectX, exchanges, or data vendors identify compatibility or data sources and do not imply ownership, partnership, sponsorship, approval, or endorsement unless expressly documented.
2. Trademarks
NinjaTrader®, Tradovate®, Topstep®, and TopstepX™ are trademarks of their respective owners. All other names, marks, logos, and screenshots belong to their owners and are used only as permitted.
3. API and Connector Access
Integration availability depends on provider terms, credentials, account permissions, geography, product version, API subscriptions, and commercial approval. Features may remain disabled or operate through a local companion until approval is confirmed.
4. Separate Provider Fees
Providers may charge API, market-data, platform, brokerage, evaluation, funded-account, exchange, or other fees. TradeChrona pricing does not include those charges unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
5. Authoritative Records
TradeChrona is not the authoritative record of orders, balances, margin, account status, rule compliance, payouts, or tax information. Confirm important information directly with the platform, broker, prop firm, clearing firm, exchange, or professional adviser.
6. Provider Changes
Providers may change APIs, rules, branding, authentication, limits, or supported functions without TradeChrona’s control. Integration features may be modified, interrupted, or withdrawn as a result.
