What this article helps you do
Identify why a day or trade displays the wrong count.
Before you start
- The account, instrument, date, and provider execution identifiers for the affected records.
Follow these steps
- 1
Open the logical trade and its execution list.
- 2
Confirm entry-side quantity, exit fills, scale-ins, partial exits, and reversals.
- 3
Check whether duplicate provider events were imported.
- 4
Confirm the same external ID was not incorrectly deduplicated across different providers.
- 5
For manual records, verify contract quantity was entered once for the position lifecycle.
- 6
Report the issue with the affected IDs when the reconstruction is wrong.
What you should see
The display distinguishes logical trades, contracts, and executions and identifies the source of the mismatch.
Common mistakes
- Adding entry and exit contracts together.
