What this article helps you do
Know which observed NinjaTrader accounts can be created in your workspace.
Before you start
- A paired connector.
- An available connected-account slot.
Follow these steps
- 1
Keep NinjaTrader running after pairing.
- 2
Use the NinjaTrader account you want to journal so the connector can observe its account and execution activity.
- 3
Open Accounts or Connections in TradeChrona and confirm that account appears.
- 4
Set its account type and journal details in TradeChrona when needed.
- 5
If the plan limit has been reached, remove an unused connection or change the plan before adding another account.
What you should see
Observed NinjaTrader accounts are kept separate in TradeChrona, and the server refuses new connected accounts beyond the subscription limit.
Common mistakes
- Expecting a manual TradeChrona account to count as a connected platform account.
- Expecting every NinjaTrader account to appear when the plan limit is already reached.
- Assuming an account name automatically identifies its prop-firm rules.
