What this article helps you do
Understand connector scope before installing it.
Before you start
- Windows with NinjaTrader 8.1.6.3 or a compatible newer version.
- A TradeChrona plan that includes NinjaTrader.
Follow these steps
- 1
Review the connector version and SHA-256 checksum shown on Connections.
- 2
Download the connector only from the signed-in TradeChrona Connections page.
- 3
Import the ZIP through NinjaTrader Control Center, Tools, Import, NinjaScript Add-On.
- 4
Restart NinjaTrader and choose New, then TradeChrona Connector.
- 5
Create a one-time pairing code on the TradeChrona Connections page and enter it in the NinjaTrader window.
- 6
Keep NinjaTrader running while read-only execution and account updates synchronize.
What you should see
TradeChrona receives executions and supported account telemetry through an outbound encrypted connection. The connector contains no order-entry, cancellation, replacement, flatten, ATM, or strategy-activation controls.
Common mistakes
- Unzipping the NinjaScript archive before importing it.
- Expecting the pairing code to connect a broker account or permit trading.
- Sharing a pairing code or device credential.
