How to add another trading platform

Add a supported platform while keeping the existing base-plan account limit.

Before you start

• An active connected plan.

Follow these steps

   Open Billing.

2. 2

   Find Platforms and choose Add platform.

3. 3

   Select the platform you want to add.

4. 4

   Review the monthly or annual price shown before confirming.

5. 5

   After the change is active, open Connections and follow the setup guide for that platform.

What you should see

Common mistakes

• Assuming the add-on increases the number of connected accounts.
• Adding a platform that is already included in Ultimate.
• Starting connection setup before the Billing page shows the platform as included.
